Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team at [email protected] with your order ID and photos of the saree to request a return.

  Quality Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the saree is eligible for return, maintaining its original folds and tags.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully pack the saree in its original box with all accompanying accessories, such as the blouse piece and authenticity certificates.

• 4.
  Pickup and Refund

  We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
